Green Lemonade for health

This is a recipe for “Green Lemonade”. It contains good ingredients for weight loss and immunity. I recommend drinking 8-10 oz/ day if trying to lose weight. All the ingredients can be thrown into a juicer. For an added benefit, you can stir in some Chlorella and Spirulina powder to the drink.

one bunch of kale
one large cucumber
1-2 apples
one small container of blueberries
1/2″ chunk of ginger
juice of one lemon
