Bigger biceps: straight bar or EZ curl

Hey guys
I came across this study presented a while back at NSCA Conference. The
study found that straight bar activates the biceps MORE than E-Z Curl
bar. So if forearm strain isn’t an issue, stick to straight bar to
build bigger biceps.
